SEPHARDIC CEMETERY RESTORATION

ARI Foundation contributes to the Sephardic Community Cemetery restoration project in Buenos Aires, Argentina

October 26, 2022

Aventura, Florida - The ARI Foundation is contributing to the renovations and restoration of the cemetery of the Sephardic community of Camargo in Buenos Aires, Argentina¬– A project of significant impact to this and future generations. "My priority as a business owner and global citizen is to help make the world a better place," says CEO Eric Bouskila. For this reason, without hesitation, the ARI Foundation extended funds to honor the deceased and loved ones in the Sephardic community of the Camargo Temple in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Remodeling the cemetery is a tribute to the lives of the community’s loved ones. It honors those that served the community in past generations and generations to come, a cause that the ARI Foundation has been devoted to since its inception by supporting families in need, youth, and education through scholarship programs and donations. Isaac Sacca, the Chief Rabbi of this community, expressed the importance of the project: "Donations will help maintain the integrity of cemeteries which is fundamental to the members of the Jewish community. No one can neglect this duty. Even though, unfortunately, not many get involved."

Monetary contributions are a great help, especially with an overlooked mission like this one. The cemetery is in the privileged location of Bancalarí, 15 minutes away from the city. The renovation will have two phases: the building renovation and its surrounding area. The building will be rebuilt entirely with quality materials such as stainless steel, marble, and armored glass secured against vandalism. All bathrooms will also be renovated, as well as the entire electrical installation. In addition, the graves will include parking, security stations, space for burials, a service area, and entryways. The architect firm of the project is Rafael Hugo Salama and Javier Szlain Architects.

“ARI Financial Group is a global company. For this reason, we proudly extend our solidarity to international projects that will change the lives of many individuals with whom we are fortunate to connect." Says Eric Bouskila. "As we expand globally, our community extends worldwide."
