When advising other modern men in business, Mimoun says, “Fail often and learn not to fear it. I’ve hesitated to do things out of fear of failure, but failure is the best learning experience. Once you master that fear, nothing will hold you back.”


Mimoun also knows that a modern man understands the importance of work-life balance. “Time is the only asset we never know how much we have of. So, it is my priority to allocate time daily to shut everything off and dedicate 100 percent of my attention to my kids. My family is my world. That time together gives me the peace of mind to continue to push myself nonstop.”
